Warrick County, Indiana
Warrick County is a county located in the U.S. state of Indiana. It was organized in 1813 and was named for Captain Jacob Warrick, an Indiana militia company commander killed in the Battle of Tippecanoe in 1811. As of 2010, the population was 59,689, almost 60 percent of which live in or between Chandler and Newburgh. It is one of the ten fastest growing counties in Indiana. The county seat is Boonville. Warrick County is the eastern part of the Evansville, IN–KY Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Boonville is a city in Boon Township, Warrick County, Indiana, United States. The population was 6,246 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Warrick County. Founded in 1818 and named for Jesse Boon, father of Ratliff Boon. However, many mistakenly believe it is named after Ratliff Boon, an early settler and Indiana's second governor, who supported the city becoming county seat. President Abraham Lincoln studied law in Boonville.

A series of additions and remodeling were completed in 1976, 1983 and 2000.

WBNL, which was founded by Jack Sanders and Norman Hall, went on the air in 1950. With an effective radiated power of 250 watts during daytime hours, the station can be heard in all or part of 20 surrounding counties, as far west as southeastern Illinois, and as far south as western Kentucky.
