Ravine Bluffs Development

The Ravine Bluffs Development was commissioned in 1915 by Frank Lloyd Wright's attorney, Sherman Booth Jr.. It is located in Glencoe, Illinois. Six houses, three poured concrete sculptures, and one bridge were built. Five of the houses were for rent when built. Chicago Botanic Garden

Located at 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, Illinois, United States, the Chicago Botanic Garden is a 385-acre living plant museum situated on nine islands featuring 26 display gardens and surrounded by four natural habitats: McDonald Woods, Dixon Prairie, Skokie River Corridor, and Lakes and Shores. The Garden is open every day of the year. Admission is free but parking is $25 per car; free for Garden members.

Ed Rudolph Velodrome

The Ed Rudolph Velodrome is a velodrome in Northbrook, Illinois used to host track cycling events and soccer games. It was the more centrally located of two Chicago metropolitan area velodromes (the other residing in Kenosha, Wisconsin), until the Chicago Velo Campus was constructed in 2011. It is owned by the Northbrook Park District. The 382 m velodrome was constructed in 1960 with a perimeter for track cycling and a grassy infield for soccer games.

Skokie Country Club

Skokie Country Club is a private country club in Glencoe, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Founded in 1897, it features a 6,913 yard 18-hole course. In 1922, it hosted the U.S. Open that was won by Gene Sarazen. It has also hosted the Western Open in 1909 and the United States Senior Men's Amateur Golf Championship in 1998. Sunset Ridge Country Club

Sunset Ridge Country Club is a private country club located in Cook County, just outside the city limits of Northfield, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Founded in 1923 and re-opened in 2005, it features a 6,752 yard 18-hole course. It has hosted the Western Open in 1972 and the Women's Western Open in 1935. The greens are made of a bent grass while the fairways are also made of a bent grass. This facility also offers a four hole par 3 course that is primarily for children.
