Bryn Mawr Historic District
The Bryn Mawr Historic District is on the lakefront of the Edgewater neighborhood of far-north Chicago in Illinois, USA. It extends along Bryn Mawr Avenue between Broadway Avenue and Sheridan Road. Its most prominent features are the Belle Shore Apartment Hotel, Bryn Mawr Apartment Hotel, Edgewater Beach Apartments, Edgewater Presbyterian Church, Manor House and the northernmost area of Lincoln Park.

The Belle Shore Apartment Hotel is a building of the Bryn Mawr Historic District in the far-north community area of Edgewater in Chicago, Illinois. Located on West Bryn Mawr Avenue, it is across the road from the Bryn Mawr Apartment Hotel. It was declared a historic Chicago Landmark by the Chicago City Council.

The Bryn Mawr Apartment Hotel is a 12-story building in the Bryn Mawr Historic District in far-north neighborhood community of Edgewater in Chicago, Illinois. Located on North Kenmore Avenue, it is across the road from the Belle Shore Apartment Hotel. It was declared a historic Chicago Landmark by the Chicago City Council.
WLUW
WLUW is a college radio station owned and operated by Loyola University Chicago, serving Chicago, Illinois and its northern suburbs. WLUW was founded by Jim Wagner and Michael Russo in the 1970s and they ran the station until Loyola University offered more funding and support.
Madonna Della Strada Chapel
Madonna della Strada is the namesake of the chapel motherchurch of the Jesuit Province of Chicago (one of the largest Jesuit provinces) and sits on the campus of Loyola University Chicago in the neighborhood of Rogers Park. It was built on the lakefront with the waters of Lake Michigan directly at its front doorstep. The church was designed and built at a time when it was anticipated that Lake Shore Drive would be extended and pass directly in front. That project was abandoned.

Joseph J. Gentile Arena
The Joseph J. Gentile Arena, also known as the Joseph J. Gentile Center, is a 4,486-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. The arena opened in 1996. It is the home of the Loyola Ramblers men's and women's basketball programs. Renovations at the facility began in the summer of 2011. On March 3, 2011, the $26 million Norville Center for Intercollegiate Athletics opened adjacent to the Gentile Arena.
Alumni Gym (Loyola University Chicago)
Alumni Gym was a 2,000 capacity structure on the campus of Loyola University Chicago. It served as the home of the Loyola Ramblers Men's and Women's Volleyball programs, as well as the Loyola University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. It is the former home of the Loyola Ramblers basketball team, which last played in Alumni Gym in 1996. The basketball team moved to the 5200-seat Joseph J. Gentile Center at the beginning of the 1996-97 season.
Granville (CTA station)
Granville is a station on the Chicago Transit Authority's Red Line, part of the Chicago 'L' metro system. It is located at 1119 West Granville Avenue in Chicago, Illinois (directional coordinates 6200 north, 1200 west). It is in the Edgewater neighborhood, close to the Rogers Park border. From Granville, trains take 36 minutes to reach the Chicago Loop.

Loyola is a station on the Chicago Transit Authority's 'L' system, served by the Red Line. It is located at 1200 West Loyola Avenue (directional coordinates 6550 north, 1200 west) in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The station sees heavy use by students from its nearby namesake, the Lakeshore Campus of Loyola University Chicago. The Red Line right-of-way runs directly through the southwest corner of the campus.
Morse (CTA station)
Morse is an 'L' station on the CTA's Red Line. It is located at 1358 West Morse Avenue in Chicago, Illinois (directional coordinates 6950N, 1400W; misidentified on station signage as 6900N). The station was formerly known as Rogers Park or Morse-Rogers Park. There is an automated entry/exit from the north end of the platform onto Lunt Avenue (7000N). The Rogers Park neighborhood, located in the far northeast corner of Chicago, has four 'L' stations (N to S): Howard, Jarvis, Morse, and Loyola.
Thorndale (CTA station)
Thorndale is an 'L' station on the CTA's Red Line. It is an elevated station located at 1118 West Thorndale Avenue (directional coordinates 5900 north, 1200 west) in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The adjacent stations are Granville, located about one quarter mile to the north, and Bryn Mawr, about one half mile to the south.
Rogers Park (Metra)
Rogers Park is a Metra commuter railroad station in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. It is located at 7000 N. Ravenswood Avenue, between W. Greenleaf Avenue and W. Lunt Avenue. In Metra's zone-based fare system, Rogers Park is in zone B. The neighborhood that surrounds the station is residential, with single-family houses and small apartment buildings, but just a block to the east is Clark Street, a major north-south artery with buses and shopping.

Colvin House
The Colvin House is a house at 5940 North Sheridan Road in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The house was built in 1909 by George W. Maher. It was designated a Chicago Landmark on October 5, 1994. This residence was built for Edwin M. Colvin, his wife Clara and their four children. Colvin moved to Chicago in 1885 and worked in the printing industry, ultimately becoming an executive with F.W. Hall Printing Company.
Jackson-Thomas House
The Jackson-Thomas House is an Italianate style and Second Empire architecture house at 7053 North Ridge Avenue in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, United States. The house was built in 1874 by an unknown architect, but Andrew B. Jackson, one of the five partners in the Rogers Park Land Company worked on it. Manufacturer L.H. Thomas acquired the property in 1879. It was designated a Chicago Landmark on October 16, 1984.

Chicago Math and Science Academy
Chicago Math and Science Academy (CMSA) is a public charter middle school and high school (grades 6th-12th) located in Chicago, Illinois in the Rogers Park neighborhood. Chicago Math and Science Academy was opened in 2004. CMSA is managed by Concept Schools. Teachers at the school formed a union under Illinois law, which was approved by the National Labor Relations Board in 2010. The school has since appealed that decision.

The Mountain Moving Coffeehouse for Womyn and Children was a feminist venue located in Chicago that operated for thirty-one years, from 1974 until 2005. The name of the organization evokes the political task that feminists must "move the mountains" of institutional sexism and homophobia. The "coffeehouse" was a once-a-week Saturday night gathering, held at a rented space in a local Unitarian church, that presented woman-identified music and entertainment by and for lesbians and feminists.
