The Bobs (roller coaster)
The Bobs at Riverview Park in Chicago, Illinois is considered by some roller coaster enthusiasts to have been the ultimate wooden roller coaster. It was built in 1924 and was demolished with the rest of the park in 1967. The Bobs was built by Frank Prior and Fred Church at a cost of $80,000. The Bobs had a maximum height of 87 feet, a drop of 85 feet, and reached speeds of 50 miles per hour .

Logan Square (CTA station)
Logan Square is a subway station on the Chicago Transit Authority's 'L' system, serving the Blue Line. It was the terminus of the Blue Line until it was extended along the Kennedy Expressway to the Jefferson Park stop in 1970 and to O'Hare Airport in 1984. From Logan Square, trains run at intervals of 2–7 minutes during rush-hour periods, and take 14 minutes to travel to the Loop. O'Hare bound trains take 26 minutes to reach the airport.
California (CTA Blue Line station)
California is a station on the Chicago Transit Authority's 'L' system, serving the Blue Line, on North California Avenue near West Fullerton Avenue in the Logan Square neighborhood. From California, trains run every 2-7 minutes during rush-hour periods, and take 12 minutes to reach the Loop.
Whistle Stop Inn
The Whistle Stop Inn is a two-story building in Chicago, Illinois that has held a variety of businesses. Built in 1889 in the Irving Park neighborhood, it represents a type of intimate neighborhood storefront that was common but is now rare. The Whistle Stop Inn was designated a Chicago Landmark in 1990. It is at 4200 W. Irving Park Road, just off the Kennedy Expressway.
St. Wenceslaus Church
St. Wenceslaus (Polish: Kościół Świętego Wacława) - historic church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago located in, Chicago, Illinois. One of the many Polish churches visible from the Kennedy Expressway, it is, along with St. Hyacinth Basilica, one of two monumental religious edifices that dominates the Avondale skyline. It is well known for its unique architecture, as well as being the site where photographer and historic preservationist Richard Nickel was married.
Carl Schurz High School
Carl Schurz High School is a 4-year public high school located in the old section of the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. This school is named after German–American Carl Schurz, a statesman, soldier, and advocate of democracy in Germany. The school building, which represents a combination of the Chicago and Prairie schools of architecture, was designed in 1910 by Dwight H. Perkins and designated a Chicago Landmark on December 7, 1979.
Rath House
The Rath House is an architecturally significant house located at 2703 West Logan Boulevard in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, United States. It was built in 1907 by the architect George W. Maher for John Rath, the owner of the Rath Cooperage Company, one of the largest barrel-making concerns in the country. Irving Park (Metra)
Irving Park is a railroad station on Metra's Union Pacific/Northwest Line located in the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The station is elevated on a solid-fill embankment which parallels the Kennedy Expressway. It is located adjacent to a station of the same name on the Blue Line. The station contains two side platforms; the southwest platform serves outbound trains, and the northeast platform serves inbound trains.
Healy (Metra)
Healy is a station on Metra's Milwaukee District/North in the Hermosa community area Chicago, Illinois. The station is 6.4 miles away from Union Station, the southern terminus of the line. In Metra's zone-based fare system, Healy is in zone B. Street-side parking is only available on the north side of West Fullerton Avenue just west of where it runs beneath the tracks.
