Mableton, Georgia
Mableton is a census-designated place in Cobb County, Georgia, United States. As of the 2010 census, the CDP had a population of 37,115. When Brookhaven becomes a city in December 2012, Mableton will be the largest unincorporated community in Metro Atlanta. It was named for Robert Mable, who in 1843 bought 300 acres (about 120 hectares or 1.2 km²) of land on September 11.

It is located six nautical miles west of the central business district of Atlanta. The airport's name comes from the nickname of former Atlanta politician Charles M. Brown, who served on the city council and county commission during the 1960s. It is also called Charlie Brown Airport or Brown Field (not to be mistaken for the word "brownfield").

The Georgia Cyclone is a wooden roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia in Atlanta, Georgia. Opened in 1990, it is a mirror image of the legendary Coney Island Cyclone. Ten feet higher than the Cyclone, it stands at 95 feet and has a track length of 2,970 feet and a top speed of 50 miles per hour . The second design from Bolliger & Mabillard to be built at the park, Georgia Scorcher opened in May 1999 as the last new stand-up roller coaster to have been constructed anywhere on Earth. Georgia Scorcher is 107 feet (33 m) tall and has a track length of 3000 feet (910 m) and a top speed of 54 mph (87 km/h). The attraction's tagline is "Put your feet to the fire."

Pebblebrook High School
Pebblebrook High School is a high school in the Cobb County School District in Mableton, Georgia. It was opened in 1963 and the current principal is Mrs. Zinta Perkins. approx. 3,000 students in grades 9-12 attend Pebblebrook and 183 teachers are employed there. This makes Pebblebrook High School the biggest school in the Cobb County School District according to student body. The school's traditional archrival is South Cobb High School.
Dare Devil Dive
Dare Devil Dive is a steel roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia. Designed by German company Gerstlauer, Dare Devil Dive is based on the company's Euro-Fighter model, and features a 95-foot -tall vertical lift hill, a 95° first drop, three inversions and a top speed of 52 miles per hour . It is also the first Euro-Fighter to debut a new lap-bar restraint system, replacing the more common over-the-shoulder harnesses.
