First Presbyterian Day School

First Presbyterian Day School is a private college-preparatory Christian school in Macon, Georgia, United States. It was founded in 1970 as a project of First Presbyterian Church, also in Macon. Commonly known as "FPD", it offers curriculum from K-4 through the 12th grade to approximately 1000 students. New fine arts and athletics facilities were completed in 2000 and a new high school building in 2006. School colors are red and black and the school mascot is the Viking.

Tattnall Square Academy

Tattnall Square Academy is an independent, non-profit, Christian, college preparatory academy located in Macon, Georgia. It was chartered by the State of Georgia in 1969. The school is administered by a Board of Directors consisting of church members and parents. The Shoppes at River Crossing is a super regional lifestyle center located in Macon, Georgia, U.S.A.. It was developed by General Growth Properties, as a response to the declining area around Macon Mall. Originally many of the retailers including Dillard's were supposed to open second locations, but due to the economic downturn, many of the retailers have their only locations in the market here now, and The Shoppes at River Crossing has become Macon's premier shopping destination.
