Palm Beach County, Florida
Palm Beach County is the largest county in the state of Florida in total area, and third in population. As of 2010, the county's estimated population was 1,320,134, making it the twenty-eighth most populous in the United States. Over 40 percent of the county's population lives in unincorporated areas near the Atlantic coast. Palm Beach County is one of three counties comprising the South Florida metropolitan area. Four Arts Gardens
The Four Arts Gardens, also known as the Four Arts Library, Gardens and Philip Hulitar Sculpture Gardens, are nonprofit botanical gardens located at 2 Four Arts Plaza, Palm Beach, Florida. After the hurricanes of 2004, the gardens were renovated, and re-opened to the public in March 2007. The property, which constitutes several city blocks, is chiefly credited for West Palm's urban renaissance. The area where CityPlace stands was formerly a poverty-stricken and high crime area. Macy's, Muvico Parisian 20 and IMAX, and Publix are the center's anchors.
Pleasant City, West Palm Beach, Florida
Pleasant City is a neighborhood in West Palm Beach, Florida north of 15th Street, and east of Dunbar Village and the Florida East Coast Railway. Established in 1905 and incorporated into the city limits in 1912, it was developed for African American workers who were employed at area hotels.

Dunbar Village is a 246-unit public housing community located within the North Tamarind neighborhood of West Palm Beach, Florida. The community is directly east of North Tamarind Avenue, and borders the neighborhoods of Pleasant City and Northwood Pines. It is named after the late 19th and early 20th century poet, Paul Laurence Dunbar. The community was built from 1939 to 1940 for African Americans, and is alike to Liberty Square and Edison Courts in Miami for its "army barracks" configuration.

Connie Mack Field
Connie Mack Field was a ballpark in West Palm Beach, Florida and was the long-time spring training home of the Philadelphia Athletics. The stadium was built in 1924 and named Municipal Athletic Field. Athletic Stadium hosted its first event, a football game, in October 1924. The first baseball game was played in December. It was renamed Wright Field in 1927 for West Palm Beach City Manager George C. Wright.

The Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach (formerly the West Palm Beach Public Library) is the public library of the City of West Palm Beach, Florida. The Library will issue a free library card to anyone who lives, works, learns or plays in West Palm Beach, with presentation of photo identification. In April 2009, the library relocated into a new facility in City Center in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, which is 2.5 times larger than the previous building.
