Quinnipiac Meadows

Quinnipiac Meadows, also known as Bishop Woods, is a neighborhood in the northeast corner of the city of New Haven, Connecticut located east of the Quinnipiac River and north of Fair Haven and Fair Haven Heights. It contains a considerable wetlands area which is a nature preserve. There is also a dump nicknamed "Mt. Trashmore.

Lake Saltonstall (Connecticut)

Lake Saltonstall is a long narrow lake located in south-central Connecticut. It covers an area of approximately 0.66 square miles and is nestled in the center of the trap rock Saltonstall Mountain. The lake is surrounded by forest and serves as part of the local water supply for surrounding towns. The lake and the area around it is owned by the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority, a company which also regulates fishing and rents boats. Private boats are not allowed.

East Haven High School

Peter's Rock

Peter's Rock, also known as Rabbit Rock, Rabbit Hill, Indian Rock and Great Rock, with a high point of (est. ) 373 feet above sea level, is a trap rock peak located 4 miles northeast of downtown New Haven, Connecticut in the town of North Haven. It is part of the Metacomet Ridge that extends from Long Island Sound near New Haven, north through the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts to the Vermont border.

Branford High School (Connecticut)

Branford High School is a public high school in Branford, Connecticut. It currently has about 1,200 students in grades 9-12. Former principal, Dr. Edmund Higgins, retired at the end of the 2007-2008 school year. During his tenure, Higgins was instrumental in the school's adoption of performance graduation requirements.
