Rowayton (Metro-North station)
The Rowayton Metro-North Railroad station is one of three New Haven Line stations serving the residents of Norwalk, Connecticut. It is located in the neighborhood of Rowayton, from which it derives its name. Rowayton is about 39 miles from Grand Central Terminal and the average travel time from Grand Central is 60 minutes though this varies depending on run and time of day. Nineteenth century artist and humanitarian Vincent Colyer helped to get the station built.
Darien (Metro-North station)
The Darien Metro-North Railroad station serves the residents of Darien, Connecticut via the New Haven Line. It is 37.7 miles from Grand Central Terminal. A small station house is located on the north side of the tracks. The station is wheelchair accessible, with elevators at the east end, near the Boston Post Road. The station is located downtown at the intersection of the Post Road (U.S. Route 1, the town's main thoroughfare) and West Avenue.

Tokeneke Elementary School is one of five elementary schools serving children in Kindergarten through fifth grade in Darien, Connecticut, United States. It is a part of the Darien Public Schools system. In May 2007, the "Kids Care Club" at the school raised more than $12,000 for the charity World Vision to build a bore well for clean water in the village of Makungwa, Zambia.
Ziegler's Cove
Ziegler's Cove is a sheltered haven located on the north shore of Long Island Sound at Darien, Connecticut. Its coordinates are {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:41.05112|N|73.47128|W||||| |primary |name= }} The cove is protected to the south by Hay Island (a small peninsula), to the west by Coon Point and Long Neck Point and Great Island to the north. There are also two islands within the cove, Neds Island and smaller, rockier Pine Island.

A small road connects the island with Long Neck Point Road. There are two structures on Hay Island. One was the home of the late William Ziegler III, a founder of the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk.

Pear Tree Point School is a co-educational private day school, grades Pre-Kindergarten-Grade 5 in Darien, Connecticut. It is the only school in the state of Connecticut which officially uses the "Core Knowledge" program. The school keeps its class sizes at a maximum of 15 students per teacher.
