Ramirez is an unincorporated community in Yuba County, California. It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 9 miles north-northeast of Marysville, at an elevation of 95 feet (29 m). A post office operated at Ramirez from 1889 to 1890.

Coombs is a former settlement in Yuba County, California. It was located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 11 miles north-northeast of Marysville, at an elevation of 115 feet (35 m). Coombs still appeared on maps as of 1912.
Rancho Honcut
Rancho Honcut was a 31,080-acre Mexican land grant in present day Yuba County, California given in 1844 by Governor Manuel Micheltorena to Theodore Cordua. The rancho is named after Honcut Creek which bounded the grant on the north. The grant was bounded on the east by the Sierra Nevada Mountains, on the south by the Yuba River, on the west by the Feather River, and included present day Honcut and Ramirez.
