De Loach Vineyards
De Loach Vineyards was started in 1975 by Cecil and Christine De Loach, and was one of the first wineries established in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma County, California. The winery ran into financial difficulties in late 2001 due to over-expansion and poor market conditions. The winery's peak production was 250,000 cases. In May 2003, De Loach Vineyards filed bankruptcy. The Boisset family of Burgundy, France purchased De Loach in November 2003.

The park entrance is at 500 Ragle Road, and the day use fee is $7 per vehicle.

Its campus occupies 41 acres of land.
Rancho El Molino
Rancho El Molino was a 17,892-acre Mexican land grant in present day Sonoma County, California given to John B.R. Cooper by Governor José Figueroa in 1833 and officially confirmed by Governor Nicolás Gutiérrez in 1836. "Molino" means "mill" in Spanish, and the name refers to Cooper's sawmill. The grant extends south from Russian River along Atascadero Creek, and encompasses present day Forestville.
