Havana, Arkansas

Havana is a city in Yell County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 392 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Russellville Micropolitan Statistical Area. Arkansas Scenic State Highway 309 leads from Havana to the top of Mount Magazine, home of Arkansas's newest State Park, and the highest peak in Arkansas. Havana is located between Booneville and Danville on State Highway 10.

Western Yell County High School is nationally recognized comprehensive public high school located in the rural, distant community of Havana, Arkansas, United States. The school provides secondary education for students in grades 7 through 12 for the rural communities of Havana and Belleville and nearby unincorporated communities of western Yell County, Arkansas. It is the sole high school administered by the Western Yell County School District.
