Poyen is a town in Grant County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 272 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is also where country music singer Justin Moore grew up.
Poyen High School
Poyen High School is a comprehensive public high school located in Poyen, Arkansas, United States. It is one of two public high schools in Grant County and the sole high school administered by Poyen School District. For the 2010–11 school year, the school provides secondary education for more than 250 students in grades 7 through 12 and employs more than 20 educators. Poyen High School is nationally recognized as a Bronze Medalist in the U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools 2012 report.
