HoHoKam Stadium
Hohokam Stadium also known as Dwight W. Patterson Field and formerly Hohokam Park, is a park with a baseball stadium located at 1235 N Center St in Mesa, Arizona (the Chicago Cubs spring training facility since 1979). The stadium was built in January 1997 and holds 13,074 people. It replaced an older Hohokam Park built in 1977 at a location just east of the current stadium. It is the home of the Mesa Solar Sox of the Arizona Fall League.

Benjamin Franklin Johnson (July 28, 1818 – November 18, 1905) was an early member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a brickmaker, merchant, tavern keeper, leatherworker, farmer, nurseryman, and beekeeper. Born to Ezekiel Johnson and Julia Hills at Pomfret, New York, he moved to Kirtland, Ohio in 1833. He married Melissa Bloomfield LeBaron on Christmas Day, December 25, 1841. Daniel Webster Jones (August 26, 1830 – April 20, 1915) was an American and Mormon pioneer. He was the leader of the group that colonized what eventually became Mesa, Arizona, made the first translation of selections of The Book of Mormon into Spanish, led the first Mormon missionary expedition into Mexico, dealt frequently with the American Indians, and was the leader of the group that heroically wintered at Devil's Gate during the rescue of the stranded handcart companies in 1856.

Lehi, Mesa
Lehi is a distinct community within Mesa, Arizona, which predates Mesa's own founding. Lehi was annexed into its much larger former neighbor in 1970, and is now the northern limit of central Mesa. Lehi is adjacent to the Salt River on the north, the Consolidated Canal to the south, and a portion of Arizona State Route 202 runs through the area. It also borders the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and has a long history with that community.

The museum's exhibits include a comprehensive history of Mesa, a replica of an early adobe one-room schoolhouse, as well as three additional galleries of changing exhibits. The museum also maintains a large collection of historic agricultural equipment. The museum buildings are in fact the museum's largest artifacts.
