Mesa Community College
Mesa Community College (MCC) in Mesa, Arizona, is the largest of the 10 community colleges in the Maricopa County Community College District and is the largest in the United States. MCC began in 1963 as a branch of Phoenix College and later granted independent status in 1965. MCC offers more than 200 degree, transfer, career and certificate programs.

Tri City Mall
Tri-City Mall was a mall located in Mesa, Arizona, at the northeast corner of Main Street and Dobson Road. It was opened in 1968 and was the first enclosed shopping center in the East Valley region of the Phoenix metropolitan area. It was named Tri-City because it was intended to draw shoppers from three East Valley cities: Mesa, Tempe and Chandler. The mall contained 55 stores and was anchored by a Bashas' supermarket, Diamond's department store, and JCPenney.

Golfland operates year-round and features three miniature golf courses, an arcade, a pizza restaurant, a go-cart track, and bumper boats. Sunsplash operates in the summer and features 29 exciting water-based attractions. The park opened in 1983 and the water park opened in 1986.
