Bryant–Denny Stadium
Bryant–Denny Stadium, located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is the home stadium for the University of Alabama football team. The stadium opened in 1929 and was originally named Denny Stadium in honor of former University of Alabama president George H. Denny. The stadium's name was amended to Bryant–Denny Stadium in 1975 after the Alabama legislature chose to honor famed Alabama coach Paul "Bear" Bryant.

WTSK
WTSK (790 AM, "The Truth 790 AM") is a radio station serving the Tuscaloosa, Alabama, area with a Gospel music format. It is under ownership of Townsquare Media. In February 2005, Apex Broadcasting Inc. (Houston L. Pearce, chairman) reached an agreement to sell WTSK and six other radio stations in Alabama to Citadel Broadcasting (Farid Suleman, chairman/CEO) for a reported sale price of $29 million. Citadel merged with Cumulus Media on September 16, 2011.

Hugh R. Thomas Bridge
The Hugh Rowe Thomas Bridge is a six-lane, girder bridge spanning the Black Warrior River along U.S. 43 and Alabama State Route 69 connecting downtown Tuscaloosa and Northport in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama that opened in 1974. The bridge is "splitted" in Tuscaloosa to accompany two major throughfares (Lurleen Wallace Boulevard North and South), before joining together heading towards Northport. As of 2008, the average daily traffic count for the bridge is approximately 68,400 vehicles.
Denny Chimes
Denny Chimes is a 115-foot tall campanile tower on the south side of The Quad at the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The tower was named in honor of George H. Denny, who served as university president from 1912 to 1936 and then again in 1941. It is equipped with a 25-bell carillon. The tower is one of the most visible landmarks on campus.
West Tuscaloosa
West Tuscaloosa is a neighborhood located in the western area of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, U.S.A.. The area is generally defined as encompassing the portions of the city west of Interstate 359, south of the Black Warrior River and north of the Moody Swamp. Alabama Museum of Natural History
The Alabama Museum of Natural History is the state's natural history museum, located in Smith Hall at the University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa. The oldest museum in the state, it was founded in 1831. The exhibits depict the natural diversity of Alabama from the Age of Dinosaurs, the Coal Age, and the Ice Age. Collections include items relating to geology, zoology, mineralogy, paleontology, ethnology, history, and photography.

University of Alabama Quad
The Quad is an approximately 22-acre quadrangle on the campus of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Home to most of the university's original buildings, this portion of the campus remains the geographic and historic center of the modern campus. Originally designed by noted English-born architect William Nichols, construction of the university campus began in 1828, following the move of the Alabama state capital from Cahaba to Tuscaloosa in 1826.
University of Alabama Observatory
The University of Alabama Observatory is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The new domed observatory was built atop Gallalee Hall, completed in 1949. It replaced the Old Observatory, which had been in use from 1849 until the 1890s. Initially equipped with a 10-inch refracting telescope, this was the university's primary telescope from 1950 until 2004.
Tuscaloosa County High School (historical)
Tuscaloosa County High School original building was completed in 1926. The first graduating class was summer of 1927. The Principal was Dr. Houston Cole, who later became President of Jacksonville State University. The first student government for the school was organized in 1928. Hiram Darden was the first president. Secretary for that class was Inez Deal. The treasurer was Dan Whitson. Built as a high school for the county, many rural county schools were closed.

Tuscaloosa Amphitheater
The Tuscaloosa Amphitheater is an outdoor amphitheater in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA that is used primarily for music performances. It has a seating capacity of 7,470. The amphitheater is located on Jack Warner Parkway, just beside the Hugh R. Thomas Bridge; only minutes away from the University of Alabama campus and blocks from the downtown. It is the largest outdoor theater in West Alabama.
