Vestavia Hills Dogwood Festival
The Dogwood Festival is a month-long series of events held every spring in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, USA, heralds the seasonal arrival of blooms on dogwoods, azaleas, daffodils, and tulips. It includes pageants, parades, parties, garden tours, athletic events, fashion shows, and dances. A highlight is the presentation of the Vestavia Belles in antebellum dresses. These high school girls are selected to serve as city hostesses at various events.

Seibert Hall
Seibert Hall is a 4,240-seat multi-purpose arena in Homewood, Alabama. It was built in 1961. It was home to the Samford University Bulldogs basketball team. The basketball team moved into its new home, the Pete Hanna Center during the 2007-08 season. One of the distinctive features of Seibert Hall was the wall of windows behind the basketball goal on the South window, overlooking Seibert Stadium, the football facility at Samford.

Inverness, Alabama, is a neighborhood in Birmingham, Alabama. This name derives from the Scottish city of that same name. Inverness is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:33|24|25|N|86|42|40|W| | |name= }}. US Highway 280 runs through Inverness and includes many restaurants and shopping centers, along with a major intersection with Valleydale Road (County Road 17). The Inverness community is minutes from downtown Birmingham.
Seibert Stadium
Seibert Stadium is a 6,700-seat multi-purpose stadium in Homewood, Alabama. It is home to the Samford University Bulldogs college football team. The facility opened in 1958 and is named for F. Page Seibert, who in 1961, donated money for the completion of the stadium. The largest crowd in stadium history was in 1994 when over 11,000 showed up to see Steve McNair and Alcorn State. The four-level Bashinsky Press Tower was completed before the 1989 season.

Briarwood Presbyterian Church
Briarwood Presbyterian Church was formed in 1960 by the Rev. Frank M. Barker, Jr. and is located in suburban Birmingham, Alabama.
