Wynn Hall
Wynn Hall is a 17th century house in the old hamlet of Bodylltyn in Ruabon, Wrexham, Wales standing at the junction of the Penycae Road and Plas Bennion Road. It was built in about 1649 by William Wynn. During the English Civil War he served on the Parliamentarian side and was imprisoned at Denbigh Castle. Wynn was one of the commissioners named in the 1650 Act for Propagating the Gospel in Wales.

Johnstown, Wrexham
Johnstown is a village in the county borough of Wrexham, Wales, and forms part of the old coal mining community of Rhosllannerchrugog. The disused coal mine at Hafod is situated to the east of the village and the mine's former coal tip has now been converted to a country park, Bonc yr Hafod. The nearby clay quarry is currently used as a landfill site for waste from Liverpool. It now takes waste from anywhere after the transfer to Cory's.
Ysgol Rhiwabon
Ysgol Rhiwabon ("Ruabon School") is a historic comprehensive school in Ruabon, Wrexham, Wales for 11-18-year-olds. The current headteacher is Mr Alun Harding. In 2003 the Estyn Report concluded that "Ysgol Rhiwabon provides good opportunities for pupils' academic, personal and social development". In 2009 there were nearly 950 pupils on the school roll. The sixth form has a 98% pass rate at A Level.
St David's Welsh Church, Rhosllannerchrugog
St David's Welsh Church, Rhosllannerchrugog, is in Broad Street, Rhosllannerchrugog, in Wrexham County Borough, Wales. The church was built in 1892 to a design by Douglas & Fordham. It consists of a nave and a north aisle. It was intended to have a chancel and a steeple at the northeast, but these were not built at the time. The church is constructed in Ruabon brick with some sandstone dressings. The west window is in Perpendicular style and the south porch has timberwork in its gable.
Wynnville Halt railway station
Wynnville Halt was a small railway station located on the Shrewsbury to Chester Line less than a mile north of Ruabon in Wales. It was opened by the Great Western Railway in the nineteen thirties as part of its programme of opening halts to combat emerging competition from bus services.
Johnstown and Hafod railway station
Johnstown & Hafod was a minor station on the Great Western Railway's London to Birkenhead main line. Although the station is gone the railway is still open today as part of the Shrewsbury to Chester Line. The station was situated on the extreme east side of Johnstown and served both there and the adjoining settlement of Rhosllanerchrugog in Wales.

Esclusham (Welsh: Esclus or Esclys) is a local government community, the lowest tier of local government, part of Wrexham County Borough in Wales. The community includes the villages of Bersham, Rhostyllen, Aber-oer, Llwyneinion and Pentre Bychan, as well as a number of smaller settlements, the park at Erddig, and an area of the Ruabon Moors west of Aber-oer known as Esclusham Mountain.
