Cwmbach railway station
Cwmbach railway station is a railway station serving the village of Cwmbach in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. It is located on the Aberdare branch of the Merthyr Line. Passenger services are provided by Arriva Trains Wales. The first station on this site was a halt opened by the Great Western Railway in 1914. It closed with the line in 1964. The present station was opened in 1988 with the line to Aberdare. During 2005 construction work was carried out to double the platform length.
Aberdare Canal
The Aberdare Canal was a canal in Glamorganshire, Wales which ran from Aberdare to a junction with the Glamorganshire Canal at Abercynon. It opened in 1812, and served the iron and coal industries for nearly 65 years. The arrival of railways in the area did not immediately affect its traffic, but the failure of the iron industry in 1875 and increasing subsidence due to coal mining led to it becoming uneconomic.

Aberaman railway station
Aberaman railway station was the name given to two railway stations on the Taff Vale Railway near Aberdare in the Welsh preserved county of Mid Glamorgan. The first station, opened by the Aberdare Railway, only lasted ten years and was closed under Taff Vale ownership. Then the name of the adjacent Treaman was changed to Aberaman.
Abercwmboi Halt railway station
Abercwmboi Halt railway station served the village of Abercwmboi in historic Glamorganshire, Wales. Opened as Duffryn Crossing Platform by the Taff Vale Railway, it became part of the Great Western Railway during the Grouping of 1923. Passing to the Western Region of British Railways on nationalisation in 1948, it was then closed by the British Transport Commission.
