Llangwm, Pembrokeshire
Llangwm is a small village and parish of around 450 properties situated on the River Cleddau near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales. It was famous in the past for its shellfish, and at Hook, in the north of the parish, large amounts of anthracite used to be mined and shipped. Located in the hundred of Roose, at the heart of Little England beyond Wales, it has been English-speaking since the 12th century.

Hook is a medium-sized village and community on the Western Cleddau, Pembrokeshire, Wales. It was part of the community of Llangwm. The population of the community was 656 in 2001. Together with the communities of Freystrop and Llangwm, it makes up the Pembrokeshire ward of Llangwm. It is a rapidly expanding village. It was much larger in the nineteenth century, when it was a major shipping point for the local anthracite which was brought to the quay from inland collieries by the Hook Tramway.
Haverfordwest Priory
Haverfordwest Priory was a house of Augustinian Canons Regular on the banks of the Western Cleddau at Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales. It was founded around 1200 on land given by Robert Fitztancard, the lord of Haverfordwest. It was dissolved in 1536 and was acquired by Richard and Thomas Barlow, brothers of William Barlow, bishop of St David's, in 1268, who began the process of demolition that results in the ruin seen today.

Pembrokeshire Record Office
Pembrokeshire Record Office is a county record office and archive repository located within the town of Haverfordwest in south-west Wales. Although preliminary surveys of the Pembrokeshire county records had been carried out by Major Francis Jones as far back as the 1930s, the initial county archivist at Haverfordwest was appointed only in 1963. The present office was first established in the town in 1967, within the former county gaol.
Haverfordwest Town Museum
Haverfordwest Museum is a local history and heritage museum in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. Collections include local and social history, the history of the castle, and a selection of local art. The museum is housed in the former governor's house, a Grade II listed building, at Haverfordwest Castle, the former town prison. In 2012 Pembrokeshire County Council decided to sell the current site for use commercially, and relocate the museum to another site.
