Clase
Clase is a suburban district of the City and County of Swansea, Wales falling within the Mynydd-Bach ward. Clase approximates to the housing area south of Clasemont Road between Morriston and Llangyfelach. A local landmark of Clase is the 16 storey Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency building, situated on top of the hill where Clase is located and visible from several miles away. Along with the DVLA building, Clase also had a number of high rise tower block flats.

It opened in 2003 to complement Ysgol Gyfun Gwyr and to provide additional capacity following the increased demand for Welsh-medium education in the area. Upon its opening, it held only its own fresh intake, taking none of Gwyr's existing pupils. As a result, the school only reached its full complement of years 7-11 (ages 11–16) with its fifth intake of September 2007.

It comprises a number of buildings: the main teaching block, a four storey block, craft block, music suite, dining areas and gymnasiums.

Mynyddbach Chapel
Mynyddbach Chapel is the oldest Independent chapel in the Swansea, Wales. In about 1640 a group of people met on the Sabbath and on week nights to read the Scriptures and have prayer in "Cilfwnwr" farmhouse near Llangyfelach & later at "Tirdwncyn. They continued to meet as a properly constituted church until 1762. In 1720-1759 the minister at "Tirdwncyn" was Samuel Jones. A piece of land was leased in 1761 and a chapel built there shortly afterwards, at Tirdoncyn-newydd near Llangyfelach.
