Clase
Clase is a suburban district of the City and County of Swansea, Wales falling within the Mynydd-Bach ward. Clase approximates to the housing area south of Clasemont Road between Morriston and Llangyfelach. A local landmark of Clase is the 16 storey Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency building, situated on top of the hill where Clase is located and visible from several miles away. Along with the DVLA building, Clase also had a number of high rise tower block flats.
Felindre
Felindre (English: Velindre) is a rural village in south Wales. The village can be found in the far north of Swansea, in the electoral ward of Mawr. The nearby Lower Lliw Reservoirs are a popular venue for walking and fishing. The water mill in the village was working until the late 1960s, there was also an abbatoir and a post office in the village. It also had three shops, and two mobile shops which used to come around the village twice a week. Again this was in the late 60's and 70's.

Mawr falls within the parliamentary constituency of Gower. It is bounded by the wards of Pontarddulais to the west; Llangyfelach and Morriston to the south; Clydach to the southeast; Pontardawe of Neath Port Talbot to the northeast; Betws to the north and Tycroes to the north west.
Morriston Hospital
Morriston Hospital is a 750-bed hospital located in Cwmrhydyceirw near Morriston in Swansea, Wales. Morriston is the largest hospital in the city and county of Swansea and is operated by Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board. Alongside its role as a district general hospital, Morriston is a teaching hospital for medical students of Swansea University School of Medicine. Most services are housed in buildings constructed since 1981.
Tircoed forest village
Tircoed forest village is a suburban community between the villages of Penllergaer and Pontlliw, Swansea, Wales. Built from the late 1980s onwards, Tircoed currently consists of 470 houses clustered around a village hall, pond and green, accessible from the A48 via a ½ mile long road. The village has its own local community radio station - Radio Tircoed. The village is located in the Llangyfelach electoral ward of Swansea.

Llangyfelach is the name of an electoral ward, a community in the county of Swansea, Wales, UK. The community has its own elected community council. The electoral ward consists of some or all of the following areas: Llangyfelach, Pantlasau, Pontlliw, Tircoed and Treboeth, in the parliamentary constituency of Gower. The ward is bounded by the wards of Pontarddulais and Mawr to the north; Morriston, Mynydd-Bach and Penderry to the south east; and Penyrheol and Penllergaer to the south west.
Mynyddbach Chapel
Mynyddbach Chapel is the oldest Independent chapel in the Swansea, Wales. In about 1640 a group of people met on the Sabbath and on week nights to read the Scriptures and have prayer in "Cilfwnwr" farmhouse near Llangyfelach & later at "Tirdwncyn. They continued to meet as a properly constituted church until 1762. In 1720-1759 the minister at "Tirdwncyn" was Samuel Jones. A piece of land was leased in 1761 and a chapel built there shortly afterwards, at Tirdoncyn-newydd near Llangyfelach.
