Pembrey and Burry Port railway station
Pembrey and Burry Port railway station is a railway station on the West Wales Line serving Pembrey and Burry Port, in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It was opened by the broad gauge South Wales Railway on 11 October 1852 when that company extended its route from Landore (Swansea) to Carmarthen. It is adjacent to Burry Port's main shopping area. Pembrey is situated 1.5 miles to the west.

Court Farm in Pembrey, Carmarthenshire, Wales, is an ancient and formerly imposing manor house which is now an overgrown ruin, but structurally sound, and capable of repair and restoration. It consists of three buildings: the farmhouse, a complex two-storey house of approximately 99 square metres; an adjacent barn; and a later cowshed.
Whiteford Point Lighthouse
Whiteford Point Lighthouse is a lighthouse found off Whiteford Point in the Loughour Estuary near Llanelli on the Gower Peninsula, Swansea, Wales. It is a 44-foot heigh cast-iron structure with a pitched stone apron around the base—the only lighthouse of this design and material in the UK. At the base it is 24 ft in diameter with a curved taper to 11 ft 6 in at lantern level.
Burry Port Lighthouse
Burry Port harbour was built between 1830 and 1836 to replace the harbour at Pembrey, located 400 yards to the west. Burry Port was once the main coal exporting port for the nearby valleys, but the dock now houses the only marina in Carmarthenshire, and the harbour was dredged especially for this purpose. Burry Port Lighthouse is an attractive little harbour light, with a reflector, and is situated on the west breakwater of the outer harbour.
Burry Port television relay station
The Burry Port television relay station was originally built in Spring 1983 as a relay for UHF analogue colour television. It consists of a 17 m self-supporting lattice mast standing on a hillside which is itself about 90 m above sea level. Currently, the transmitters cater for most of the digital terrestrial TV subscribers in the low-lying coastal town of Burry Port. The transmission station is owned and operated by Arqiva.
