Renton, West Dunbartonshire
Renton is a small district in central Scotland. In the 2001 National Census it had a population of 2,138. Renton is particularly famous for the village's association football side. Renton was one of the 11 founder members of the Scottish Football League and winners of the 1885 and 1888 Scottish Cup, producing many famous players.

Dumbarton East is an area of the town of Dumbarton, Scotland. It mainly consists of Victorian era sandstone buildings built by the Denny shipbuilding company to house its workers. Within this area is Knoxland Square, Dumbarton Castle, Pier Park, East End Park and the Strathclyde Homes Stadium - home of Dumbarton FC. Knoxland Square sits on the site of Knoxland Manor which was demolished in order for the Denny houses to be built.
Silverton, Dumbarton
Silverton is a large housing scheme in Dumbarton East Scotland, located between Dumbarton Rock and Dumbuck Hill and Round Riding Road to the north. It derives its name from the farm upon which it is now located. It is predominantly a residential area, with both public and private housing stock. Due to its relatively flat geography the public sector housing was often let to the elderly and infirm of Dumbarton.
Boghead Park
Boghead Park is a former football ground in the town of Dumbarton, Scotland. It was formerly owned by Dumbarton F.C. , who had played there since 1879, making it one of the oldest sporting venues in the United Kingdom. It was used by the club until the end of November 2000, when they moved to their new 2,000 capacity all-seated Strathclyde Homes Stadium. Dumbarton F.C. first used Boghead Park in 1879.
Keil School
Keil School, in Dumbarton, Scotland, opened on 29 November 1915 as Kintyre Technical College, at Keil House, Southend, near Campbeltown in Argyll. After a fire destroyed the original building in Southend it was relocated and opened in Dumbarton as Keil School in 1925. The school took a lease on Helenslee House, a 50-acre (20 ha) site on the banks of the River Clyde. Helenslee House was originally the property of the shipbuilding family Dennys of Dumbarton.
Dumbarton Collegiate Church
The Collegiate Church of St Mary, Dumbarton, Scotland, was founded in about 1453 by Isabella, Countess of Lennox and Duchess of Albany. During the medieval period, collegiate churches took on the responsibility of caring for the sick and elderly within their parishes. St Mary's met these needs in a hospital attached to the main church building, and a separate leper house located at a "safe" distance from the town centre.
