Kip, Inverclyde
Kip is a river and marina in Inverkip, Inverclyde, Scotland. Near to Kip is the disused Inverkip Power Station. Kip Village is a new development estate located next to the marina, overlooking Inverkip beach.
McInroy's Point
McInroy's Point in Gourock is a small peninsula in the west of Gourock, a small town in western Scotland. In the early 1970s, a pier was constructed here to form the departure point for Western Ferries services to Dunoon. This provided a second ferry crossing of the River Clyde operating in competition to the state owned Caledonian MacBrayne service. This service provides a faster crossing that is aimed primarily at vehicular transport.
Castle Wemyss
There is also a Wemyss Castle in Fife, Scotland; and a Castle Wemyss (sugar estate) in Jamaica. Castle Wemyss was a large mansion in Wemyss Bay, Scotland. It stood high on Wemyss Point, overlooking the Firth of Clyde where it heads south towards the North Channel of the Irish Sea. It was built around 1850 for Charles Wilsone Brown, a property developer who had plans to develop the land around Wemyss Bay, and who by 1855 had increased the number of villas from four to thirty six.

Trumpethill is an area of the town of Gourock, in Inverclyde, Scotland. It is situated between Midton and Levan and lies to the north of Gourock Golf Club, which stretches all the way behind to the back of Levan. Trumpethill has Moorfoot Primary School, one of three primary schools in Gourock.
Castle Levan
Castle Levan (also known as Levan Castle and Leven Castle) is a fortified tower house in Levan area of Gourock, Inverclyde, Scotland. A building had been on the site from the 14th century, but the present structure was substantially enlarged after 1547 and formed part of the Ardgowan Estates. In the 19th century a large mansion was built within a few metres of the ruined castle and was given the same name. The original castle was renovated in the 1980s and is now run as a bed & breakfast.
Lunderston Bay
Lunderston Bay on the east coast of the Firth of Clyde provides a popular beach and picnic area and is part of Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. It lies in Inverclyde to the south of Gourock and gives access to a coastal walk continuing further south to Inverkip.
