Culloden, Highland
Culloden (from Scottish Gaelic Cùl lodain, "back of the small pond"; modern Gaelic Cùil Lodair) is the name of a village three miles east of Inverness, Scotland and the surrounding area. Three miles south of the village is Drummossie Moor (often called Culloden Moor), site of the Battle of Culloden. Culloden village was originally made up of estate houses attached to Culloden House.
Barn Church, Culloden
The Barn Church is a parish church of the Church of Scotland at Culloden, in the Presbytery of Inverness. Although the congregation is relatively young, and only received full status as a parish church in its own right in the late 1980s, the building is of considerable historical interest. It was originally built as a tithe barn for the estate of Culloden House, and in 1746 it was used by the Jacobite army as accommodation on the night before the Battle of Culloden.

Inshes
Inshes is a small residential area in the east of Inverness, Scotland. Inverness is the capital of the Highlands and is one of the fastest growing cities in Europe. Some parts of Inshes were built a few decades ago but most of it was built after 2003. A few houses are still being constructed and not yet finished. The houses are made by Barrat and Tulloch homes which are quite popular and expensive in Britain. A majority of the houses are semi-detached but some are detached.

Milton of Leys
Milton of Leys is a suburb on the southern outskirts of Inverness in the Highland council area of Scotland. Milton of Leys lies on high ground overlooking the Moray Firth, 3 miles (5 km) southeast of the city centre, to the west of the A9 road. It has developed largely since the 1990s as a residential settlement. Construction of a primary school in Milton of Leys began in June 2010, it is scheduled to open in August 2011. Currently pupils travel to Inshes Primary School.
