Hamilton Crescent
Hamilton Crescent is a cricket ground located in the Partick area of Glasgow, Scotland. It is the home of the West of Scotland Cricket Club. Hamilton Crescent is famous for holding the first ever international football match, played between Scotland and England. The game was played on 30 November 1872, ended in a goalless draw and was watched by a crowd of 4,000. Further international matches were held here in 1874 and 1876, before being moved to Hampden Park.

Govan subway station is a station serving the area of Govan in Glasgow, Scotland. It is located on the south side of the River Clyde. Just to the south of the station is the main depot and test track for the Glasgow Subway. The station is located near the historic Govan Old Parish Church. This station forms an interchange station, being adjacent to Govan bus station.
Ibrox subway station
Ibrox subway station is a station serving the Ibrox area of Glasgow, Scotland. The station was known as Copland Road until 1977. The station's surface buildings were replaced during the Subway's modernisation programme, with the main entrance still located on Copland Road. The station now has a side platform arrangement for boarding the trains. Particularly of note nearby is Ibrox Stadium, home of Rangers F.C..
Govan Old Parish Church
Govan Old Parish Church was a parish church in the Church of Scotland, serving Govan in Glasgow. It was also known as "St Constantine's". Since 2007, the congregation has become part of Govan and Linthouse Parish. Govan Old Church is no longer used for regular Sunday services, but the building remains open and is used for occasional services, including midweek services. The dedication is to Saint Constantine of Strathclyde whose shrine at Govan is still in existence.
Partick West railway station
Partick West railway station served the Partick area of the city of Glasgow, particularly the Thornwood section of Partick. It was a four platform station on the Lanarkshire and Dunbartonshire Railway, with two platforms on an east-west line with services between Dumbarton and Glasgow city centre and a further two platforms on a north-south line with services between Maryhill and the city centre.

The Riverside Museum is a new development for the Glasgow Museum of Transport, completed on 20 June 2011, at Pointhouse Quay in the Glasgow Harbour regeneration district of Glasgow, Scotland. The next day it opened to the public.
Partick Castle
Partick Castle was located in Partick, a Western suburb of Glasgow. It was built in 1611 for the Glasgow benefactor George Hutcheson and situated on the west bank of the River Kelvin.
Broomloan Road Primary School
Broomloan Road Primary School was a primary school situated in Govan, Glasgow, Scotland. It was the largest Board School in Govan, and comprised two separate buildings. The first, designed by Alexander Watt, opened in 1875. In 1894 a red sandstone extension was built, designed by H&D Barclay. The school has now closed but is still in existence, having been boarded up and been in a derelict condition for many years. It is now protected as a category B listed building.
St Peter's Boys School, Stewartville St, Glasgow
St Peter's Boys School was a Roman Catholic school in Stewartville Street, Glasgow, Scotland. It is no longer a school. The building has been converted into a block of flats and the old playgrounds are residents' car parks now.
1902 Ibrox disaster
The 1902 Ibrox disaster was caused by the collapse of a stand, which led to the deaths of 25 supporters watching a Scotland v England football game. 517 supporters were injured. It happened on 5 April 1902 at Ibrox Park (now Ibrox Stadium) in Glasgow, Scotland.
1971 Ibrox disaster
The 1971 Ibrox disaster was a crush among the crowd at an Old Firm football game, which led to 66 deaths and over 200 injuries. It happened on 2 January 1971 in an exit stairway at Ibrox Park (now Ibrox Stadium) in Glasgow, Scotland. The stadium's owners, Rangers F.C. , were later ruled to be at fault in a sheriff's judgement on one of the deaths. Rangers did not dispute this ruling, and were sued for damages in 60 other cases brought by relatives of the dead.
