HM Prison Low Moss
HMP Low Moss is located on the outskirts of Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire; near Glasgow, Scotland. It has been operated by the Scottish Prison Service as a prison since 1968 and was for low-category prisoners who had sentences of less than 36 months to serve. The original establishment was closed in May 2007, with the entire site being cleared and redeveloped with a considerably enlarged footprint. The new prison was reopened in March 2012, and accepted its first intake in almost five years.

Huntershill House
Huntershill House is an 18th-century building in Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. It was built around 1765, designed by an unknown architect. From the 1780s it was the family home of the political reformer Thomas Muir, Younger of Huntershill (1765–1799). It is now owned by East Dunbartonshire Council, and is a category B listed building, as well as being listed on the Buildings at Risk Register.
