Kilmarnock and Loudoun (district)
Kilmarnock and Loudoun (Cill Mhearnaig agus Lughdan in Scottish Gaelic) was one of nineteen local government districts in the Strathclyde region of Scotland from 1975 to 1996. The district was formed by the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 from part of the county of Ayrshire, namely: The burghs of Darvel, Galston, Kilmarnock, Newmilns and Greenholm and Stewarton The district of Kilmarnock Apart from the former burghs the district included the towns of Hurlford and Kilmaurs.

Fenwick is a village in East Ayrshire, Scotland, UK. As of 2001, its population was 863. Fenwick is the terminus of the M77 following its extension which was opened in April 2005, at the beginning of the Kilmarnock bypass. The Fenwick Weavers' Society was founded in Fenwick in 1761 and is considered one of the first co-operatives in the world.
