Bidston Windmill
Bidston Windmill is situated on Bidston Hill, near Birkenhead, on the Wirral Peninsula, England. It is believed that there has been a windmill on this site since 1596. The mill was ideally placed to catch the wind, but difficult to access by cart. The previous structure, a wooden peg mill, was destroyed by fire in 1791 (although some sources state 1793).
Wirral Peninsula
Wirral or the Wirral /ˈwɪrəl/ is a peninsula in North West England. It is bounded to the west by the River Dee, forming a boundary with Wales, to the east by the River Mersey and to the north by the Irish Sea. Most of the Peninsular belongs to the Liverpool City region. Both terms "Wirral" and "the Wirral" are used locally (and interchangeably), although the merits of each form are debated. The roughly rectangular peninsula is about 15 miles long and 7 miles wide.
Bidston Hill
Bidston Hill is 100 acres of heathland and woodland that contains historic buildings and ancient rock carvings. It is located on the Wirral Peninsula, near the Birkenhead suburb of Bidston, in Merseyside, England. With a peak of 231 feet, Bidston Hill is one of the highest points on the Wirral. The land was part of Lord Vyner's estate and purchased by Birkenhead Corporation in 1894 for use by the public.

Oxton Cricket Club Ground
Townfield Lane is a cricket ground in Oxton, Cheshire. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1882 when Oxton played Huyton. The ground was first used by Cheshire in 1895 when they played Worcestershire in the Minor Counties Championship. Cheshire used the ground during a number of periods in the 20th century. They played 49 Minor Counties Championship matches, with the final Minor Counties Championship fixture held on the ground coming in 2004 against Devon.
Arrowe Park Hospital
Arrowe Park Hospital (APH) is a large, acute hospital, located on a 15-acre (6.1 ha) section of Arrowe Park, close to the village of Upton, Wirral. It is one of two sites managed by Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the other being Clatterbridge Hospital. The hospital was officially opened in 1982 by Queen Elizabeth II. The maternity wing was later opened by, and dedicated to, the Duchess of Westminster.
