Rook Lane Chapel, Frome

Rook Lane Chapel was a place of worship, and is now an arts centre, in Frome, Somerset, England. Built in 1707, the chapel was the place of worship for nonconformists, however congregations dwindled and it closed in the 1960s. It was sold to developers but they were unable to get planning permission for proposed future uses. Lead and tiles were stolen from the roof, vandals broke in, smashed all the memorials and brought down the gallery.

RAF Zeals was a wartime Royal Air Force station in Wiltshire. The station was sited to the north of the village of Zeals, next to the village of Stourton and the Stourhead estate. The station was only in operation from 1942 to 1946. In that time it was successively occupied by the Royal Air Force, the United States Army Air Force and the Royal Navy. From opening until August 1943 the site was used by the RAF as an airfield for Hawker Hurricane and Supermarine Spitfire fighters.

Bradley House (Wiltshire)

Bradley House or Maiden Bradley House is a country house in Maiden Bradley with Yarnfield, Wiltshire. Around 1688 Sir Edward Seymour, 4th Baronet deserted his family home at Berry Pomeroy Castle in Devon and used the money derived from stripping that castle to fund improvements to a new house at Bradley that had been started by his father, the 3rd Baronet. The new Bradley House was completed c.1710. It was a huge building, replaced in 1820 by a house only an eighth of the original size.
