Warwick and Leamington (UK Parliament constituency)
Warwick and Leamington is a parliamentary constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. The constituency was created in 1885, partially replacing the earlier Warwick constituency. The constituency includes the towns of Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa as well as surrounding villages.
Warwick Parkway railway station
Warwick Parkway railway station is situated north of Warwick in Warwickshire, England. It is owned by Chiltern Railways, making it one of the few stations on the National Rail system not owned by Network Rail. It opened in 2000. It also serves Budbrooke. Most trains calling here are those provided by Chiltern on its London Marylebone/Leamington Spa/Birmingham Snow Hill/Kidderminster and London Marylebone/Leamington Spa/Stratford routes, augmented by a few London Midland services.
M40 minibus crash
On 18 November 1993, just after midnight, a minibus was involved in a collision with a maintenance vehicle on the M40 motorway near Warwick, England. The minibus was transporting 14 children home to Worcestershire from a school trip to London when it veered into the rear of the motorway maintenance lorry which was stationary on the hard shoulder. Twelve of the 14 children and the driver of the minibus, their teacher, were killed in the crash.
Haseley
Haseley is a small village in Warwickshire, UK. It is four miles north-west of the county town of Warwick and nine miles south-east of Solihull, in the civil parish of Beausale, Haseley, Honiley and Wroxall, created in 2007. The village is on the A4177 and is easily accessible as it is only five miles from the M40 motorway.
Central Hospital, Hatton
Central Hospital was a psychiatric hospital located in Hatton, Warwickshire, England. Building began in 1846 on a 42-acre site purchased from the Earl of Warwick and was completed in 1852, the first patients moving in on 30 June. It was originally named the Warwick County Lunatic Asylum and from 1930-1948 the Warwickshire County Mental Hospital. A classic Victorian asylum built on a grand scale in the gothic style it at one point housed 1,600 patients.

Saltisford Canal Arm
The Saltisford Canal Arm is a short stretch of canal located in the town of Warwick, Warwickshire, England. Opened in the 1790s, originally it wasn't an arm at all, but the start of the Warwick / Birmingham Canal. It took on the appearance of an (arm) branch when the Warwick / Napton canal, which junctions at the Birmingham Road / Budbrooke Industrial Estate, was completed. It is the last surviving branch (arm) of the much longer, nationally known Grand Union Canal.
