Hampton Court Palace
Hampton Court Palace is a royal palace in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Greater London, and the historic county of Middlesex; it has not been inhabited by the British Royal Family since the 18th century. Molesey Lock
Molesey Lock is a lock on the River Thames in England at East Molesey, Surrey. It is near Hampton Court Palace to the west of London. The lock was built by the City of London Corporation in 1815 and is the second longest on the river at 81.78 m . Beside the lock there are rollers for the portage of small boats. On the other side of the large weir sits Ash Island, with a backwater behind it continuing to a smaller weir upstream.

Ash Island is a forested, drop-shaped island in the River Thames in England, across the weir of Molesey Lock within Greater London on its border. In the same way as Hampton Court, Ash Island's post town is East Molesey (KT8) and the island is administratively within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The main weir is at the downstream end of the island connecting to the lock; the second weir is at the upstream end and connects to the Hampton Court bank.

Metropolitan Police Sports Club Ground, East Molesey
Metropolitan Police Sports Club Ground is a cricket ground in East Molesey, Surrey. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1940, when the Metropolitan Police played a British Empire XI. In 2003, Surrey used the ground for 2 Twenty20 matches in the 2003 Twenty20 Cup, played against Essex and Sussex. Being based at a police training college, the ground is used by a number of police teams. A well maintained ground, the cricket pavilion was constructed in 1983.

The first recorded match on the ground was in 1890, when it hosted its only first-class match between Hurst Park Club and the touring Australians. 93 years later, Surrey played a single List-A match at the ground against Northamptonshire. In local domestic cricket, the ground is the home venue of East Molesey Cricket Club.
