Jimmy's Farm
Jimmy's Farm was a documentary series, in 2002, made by Fresh One Productions for BBC Two in the UK. It featured the story of Jimmy Doherty setting up the Essex Pig Company, a rare breeds piggery on the outskirts of Ipswich in Suffolk. The drama revolved around Jimmy's previous lack of hands-on experience of farming, the financial struggles involved in starting a small business, and Jimmy's relationships with employees, friends and his girlfriend, Michaela Furney.

The hundred was bounded by the River Orwell to the east, Essex to the south, the River Brett (and Shelley parish) to the west, and the parish boundaries of Burstall, Hintlesham and Sproughton to the north.

Blackbourn was a hundred of Suffolk, consisting of 66,272 acres . Blackbourn hundred was situated in the north-west of Suffolk. Its northern boundary is the Little Ouse forming the border with Norfolk, and the River Lark forms part of its western boundary. The hundred appears in the Domesday Book as Blachruna and Blackebrune meaning "black bourn", where a bourn is a stream.

St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church is a Catholic church on the Chantry Estate in Ipswich. It is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of East Anglia. It was founded in 1959. It had for a time been a Franciscan parish served by a small Friary, although the Franciscans withdrew in 1994. There is also a Roman Catholic Primary School attached to the parish, also called St Mark's.
