Mow Cop Castle
Mow Cop Castle is a folly at Mow Cop, near Harriseahead in the county of Staffordshire, England. Traces of a prehistoric camp have been found here, but in 1754, Randle Wilbraham of nearby Rode Hall built an elaborate summerhouse looking like a medieval fortress and round tower. The Castle was given to the National Trust in 1937. The same year over ten thousand Methodists met on the hill to commemorate the first Primitive Methodist Camp Meeting there.

Newbold Astbury
Newbold Astbury (often just Astbury) is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire East and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, in the north-west of England. It is situated to the south of Congleton on the A34 road to Scholar Green; the A34 forms one side of the triangular village green. The civil parish holds a combined parish council meeting with the adjacent civil parish of Moreton-cum-Alcumlow, which is consequently called Newbold Astbury-cum-Moreton Parish Council.

Kidsgrove Urban District
Kidsgrove Urban District was an urban district in the county of Staffordshire. It was formed in 1894 with the civil parishes of Hardings Wood, Kidsgrove, Newchapel and Talke. It was abolished in 1974, by virtue of the Local Government Act 1972, when it was absorbed into the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Market Street Halt railway station
Market Street Halt was the smallest station to serve the town of Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, England. It was opened in 1909 and located on the Potteries Loop Line. At first it was used by trains in both directions but was later served only by northbound trains due to the severe gradient, being a 1 in 40 climb southbound. Although only a halt, it had a considerable length of platform and modest wooden buildings, plus an old NSR carriage used as a waiting room.
Newchapel and Goldenhill railway station
Newchapel and Goldenhill railway station was a station on the Potteries Loop Line located between the villages of Newchapel and Goldenhill in Staffordshire, England. Opened in 1874 the station was known simply as Goldenhill (sometimes referred to as Golden Hill) until November 1912 when it was renamed Newchapel and Goldenhill. The station closed to passengers in 1964 along with the rest of the Loop. The trackbed is now a walkway but part of the platform edging is still in existence.
Limekiln Wood Nature Reserve
Limekiln Wood Nature Reserve is a 13.1-hectare nature reserve in Cheshire, England, north of the village of Mow Cop. A Site of Special Scientific Interest, it is managed by the Cheshire Wildlife Trust. Standing on the north-west slope of the Mow Cop ridge, Limekiln Wood is part of a larger wood complex that has cloaked the ridge since the end of the last ice age.
