Folly Bridge
Folly Bridge is a stone bridge over the River Thames carrying the Abingdon Road, south from the centre of Oxford, England. It was erected 1825–27, to designs of a little-known architect, Ebenezer Perry (died 1850), who practiced in London. The bridge is in two parts separated by an island. The origin of the name is uncertain although it has been suggested that it originated about 1650 after a tenant of Bacon's study.
Hinksey
Hinksey is a place name associated with Oxford and Oxfordshire. In 1974 it was transferred from Berkshire. The place name is of Old English origin. It is first mentioned in the 10th century in the form Hengestesige, and probably means "stallion island". It may also mean "island of a man named Hengest", but there is no evidence to link the place to the historical Hengest.
Abingdon Road
Abingdon Road is the main arterial road to the south of the city of Oxford, England. The road passes through the suburbs of Grandpont and New Hinksey. It is named after the town of Abingdon to the south. Part of the road was known as the Causey or Causy until the 17th century, after the Grandpont causeway that ran from St Aldate's to Hinksey Hill.
Oxford Ice Rink
Oxford Ice Rink is a 56 × 26m ice rink located on Oxpens Road in Oxford, England. It is a ten-minute walk from Oxford city centre and railway station. In 1980, money was raised by the Oxford Ice Skating Trust (OXIST) for the construction of a new ice rink — a project that was taken over by the Oxford City Council, who continue to own and manage the premises. The rink, designed by Nicholas Grimshaw, was built on Oxpens Road (known as Nun's Walk prior to 1850) and opened in 1984.
Osney Rail Bridge
Osney Rail Bridge is a railway bridge over the River Thames at Oxford in England. It carries the Cherwell Valley Line between Didcot and Oxford across the river on the reach between Iffley Lock and Osney Lock. The original bridge was built in 1850, when the Great Western Railway built a new line from its original Oxford station at Grandpont to Rugby. The north side of the bridge was on the island which was then called Osney.

Oxpens Road is a road in central Oxford, England, linking west and south Oxford. It is named after the marshy area of Oxpens, next to one of the branches of the River Thames in Oxford. It forms part of the A420 road.

Gasworks Bridge
The Gasworks Bridge, also known as the Old Gasworks Bridge, is an iron bridge across the River Thames at Oxford in England. It is a pedestrian bridge linking St Ebbes to the Grandpont nature reserve. It crosses the river on the reach between Iffley Lock and Osney Lock. The bridge was constructed by the Oxford Gaslight and Coke Company in 1882 for a short railway branch line to carry coal to the gas works from the main Cherwell Valley Line at a junction just south of Osney Rail Bridge.
Grandpont Bridge
Grandpont Bridge is a footbridge across the River Thames near the centre of Oxford, England. It links Friars Wharf in St Ebbes on the north bank to the Geoffrey Arthur Building of Pembroke College, built in 1990, and the Grandpont area. It crosses the Thames on the reach between Iffley Lock and Osney Lock. The bridge is also used by cyclists. It lies on the Hanson Way, part of National Cycle Network route 5. The Environment Agency refers to the bridge as "Grandpont Bridge".
University College Boathouse
University College Boathouse is the boathouse of University College Boat Club (UCBC) on the southern bank of the River Thames in Oxford, England. It is owned by University College. UCBC's Boathouse has become an iconic and very recognisable architectural statement in and around Oxford. The boathouse is shared with Wolfson, St Peter's and Somerville -boat clubs. The original 19th century boathouse, designed by John Oldrid Scott, was destroyed through arson in 1999.
Osney Mill Marina
Osney Mill Marina (aka Osney Marina) is a private marina on a branch off the River Thames in Oxford, England. It is located south from the Botley Road down Mill Street and close to the site of Osney Abbey and Oxford railway station to the north. The marina is located on a 500m long island created in the Middle Ages to provide water for Osney Mill to the north, now disused. Access to the Thames is at the southern end of the marina. To the northeast is Osney Cemetery.
Bulstake Stream
Bulstake Stream, also spelt Bullstake Stream, is a backwater of the River Thames at Oxford, England. The stream leaves the main stream of the Thames at a river junction known as Four Rivers, at the south west corner of Fiddler's Island opposite Sheepwash Channel. It immediately flows past Tumbling Bay, the site of a bathing place in use from 1853 to 1990. Osney Ditch flows out of Bulstake Stream southeast towards Osney.
