Blaby District
Blaby is a local government district in Leicestershire, England. The district is named after the village of Blaby. It covers the civil parish of Blaby and 23 others. Among these are Cosby, Countesthorpe, Enderby, Huncote, Narborough (the location of the main district council offices), Sapcote, Stoney Stanton, and Wigston Parva.
Cosby, Leicestershire
Cosby is a village in the English county of Leicestershire. Cosby is located in the south west of the county near the larger villages and towns of Whetstone, Blaby and Wigston. Its proximity to the city of Leicester means it is part of the Leicester Urban Area. It is not known how the name originated, and it is first recorded as "Cossebi" in the Domesday Book. It was described as a "considerable village" in 1810 by historian John Nichols.
Littlethorpe
Littlethorpe is a small village approximately 6 miles south of Leicester, separated from the village of Narborough by the Leicester to Birmingham railway line, and the River Soar. The village has expanded over the past 40 years, most noticeably through the creation of two housing estates, the Jelson estate and Barratt estate. Housing continues to be erected, with Parnell Close being completed during 2005. Riddington road farm has now been demolished.

All Saints' Church, Narborough is a parish church in the Church of England in Narborough, Leicestershire.
Whetstone railway station
Whetstone was a station on the Great Central Railway (GCR), the last main line to be constructed from the north of England to London, which opened in 1899 to serve the Leicestershire village of Whetstone. Whetstone station was built by the Great Central as part of its London Extension, and opened to passengers on 15 March 1899. It was a conventional London extension station, common in towns on villages on the GCR, and was equipped with a single island platform.
Brockington College
Brockington College is a C of E Voluntary Aided middle school located on Blaby Rd in Enderby, Leicestershire, England. It is in the district of Blaby. The school is a specialist Technology College and became an academy on 1 August 2012. Brockington has approximately 880 pupils and capacity for 900 when fully subscribed. Brockington pupils currently move to Lutterworth College at the beginning of Year 10.
