Sutton Valence
Sutton Valence (historically Town Sutton or Sutton Hastings) is a village some five miles (8 km) SE of Maidstone, Kent, England on the Greensand Ridge overlooking the Vale of Kent and Weald. One of the main landmarks in the village is Sutton Valence Castle, of which only the ruins of the 12th century keep remain, under the ownership of English Heritage.
Downswood
Downswood is a community in the Borough of Maidstone in Kent, England. It comprises a housing estate situated to the east of Mote Park, and is in the parish of Otham. The area is served by a parade of local shops, a country pub (The Orchard), a doctors surgery, a community hall and Otham church. Downswood has been parish in its own right since 1987. Before then it was known to be part of Otham. A corn mill was recorded in the Domesday Book on the River Len.
Park Wood, Maidstone
Park Wood is a mixture of private housing and a former council estate on the south east extremity of Maidstone in Kent, England. The former council properties are now managed by Golding Homes. In 2006, a large part of Park Wood was redevoloped, and various new housing estates have been built in the area since. Another large redevelopment is planned to take place in 2012.
Otham
Otham is a village near the town of Maidstone in Kent, England. The 12th century parish church of St Nicholas is a Grade I listed building. The vicar is Revd Andrew Sewell. Otham also has a number of mediaeval houses which are listed including Otham Manor (Grade I), Synyards (Grade I) and Stoneacre (Grade II*). Stoneacre is a small National Trust property, which is a private residence but opened to visitors on Saturdays and Bank Holiday Mondays from April - September.

Bearsted F.C
Bearsted F.C. is an English football club located in Bearsted, near Maidstone, in Kent. The club plays in the Kent Invicta Football League. Bearsted has been playing football at a county level in Kent since the 1970s, winning leagues and cups in the Kent County Football League system, particularly during the 1980s. The club was accepted into the newly formed Kent Invicta Football league for the inaugural 2011–12 season.
