Lydden Spout Battery
Lydden Spout Battery is a World War II coastal defence battery built in 1941 west of Dover. Originally armed with three 6 inch Mark VII naval guns on Mark V mountings, later upgraded to Mark XXIV guns on the same mountings. Fan Bay Battery to the east of Dover is built to the same plan. The battery is to the south of the current A20. Most of the buildings have been demolished and the emplacements filled with concrete, but the catering rooms survive.

Hougham Battery is a World War II coastal defence battery built in 1941 between Dover and Folkestone in southeast England. It is on the cliff-edge between Abbot's Cliff and Shakespeare Cliff. The battery is equipped with three 8-inch (203 mm) Mark VIII naval guns.
Dover transmitting station
The Dover transmitting station is a facility for broadcasting and telecommunications, located at West Hougham, near Dover, Kent. It has a 243.2 metres high guyed steel lattice mast of triangular cross section. The station is owned by Arqiva. The recommended UHF aerial group is C/D with horizontal polarisation. There is also a relay transmitter located in the town of Dover (Dover Town); in addition FM radio services are covered by the Swingate transmitting station.
Samphire Hoe
Samphire Hoe is a new part of Kent, United Kingdom, created in the early 1990s, consisting of 35 hectares of reclaimed land. It was made from 4.9 million cubic metres of chalk marl which had been dug to create the Channel Tunnel and deposited on the seaward side of the famous White Cliffs of Dover. It is accessible by the public via a single-track tunnel controlled by traffic lights, which crosses over the Kent Coast railway line.
Samphire Hoe Country Park
Samphire Hoe Country Park is a country park situated 3 kilometres west of Dover in southeast England. The park was created by using 4.9 million cubic metres of chalk marl from the Channel Tunnel excavations and is found at the bottom of a section of the White Cliffs of Dover. The site is owned by Eurotunnel Ltd. , and managed by the White Cliffs Countryside Project.
Shakespeare Cliff Halt railway station
Shakespeare Cliff Halt is a private halt station on the South Eastern Main Line. It is located to the western end of the dual bore Shakespeare Cliff tunnel on the South Eastern Main Line to Folkestone, England. It never appeared in any public timetable and has been successively used by miners, the military, Channel Tunnel workmen and finally by railway staff.

St Mary's Church, Capel-le-Ferne, is a redundant Anglican church to the northeast of the village of Capel-le-Ferne, Kent, England. It has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. The church stands in an isolated position adjacent to Capel Church Farm, to the north of the A20 road and 2 miles northeast of Folkestone.
