East Hertfordshire is a local government district in Hertfordshire, England. Its council has offices in Bishop's Stortford and Hertford. Wyddial
Wyddial is a village and civil parish in Hertfordshire, near Buntingford. It is located at TL 373 317 and lies due north of Greenwich on the Prime Meridian. Wyddial is also a civil parish in East Hertfordshire District Council. The place-name is first attested in the Domesday Book of 1086 and means 'willow nook'. The parish church of St Giles dates from the 14th century when the nave was built. The tower and chancel date from the 15th century.
