Weston under Penyard
Weston under Penyard is a small village in Herefordshire, England. It lies on the A40 road two miles east of Ross-on-Wye. The Penyard is a prominent hill. The parish church of St Lawrence has a tall 14th century west tower which had a spire until it was damaged by lightning in 1750. A methodist chapel was constructed during the early 19th century but was disused by 1964. The building was subsequently converted for use as private residence.
Ross Town F.C
Ross Town F.C. was a football club based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, England. The club was formed in the summer of 1993 following the amalgamation of the town's two senior sides, Ross United and Woodville, and joined the Herefordshire League Premier Division. They joined the Hellenic Football League Division One in 1996 but dropped back down to the Herefordshire League in 2007. In late 2009 Ross Town resigned from the Herefordshire League and folded.
Hole-in-the-Wall, Herefordshire
Hole-in-the-Wall is a riverside settlement on the east bank of the River Wye in the English county of Herefordshire. It is some five miles to the north of the town of Ross-on-Wye and part of the parish of Foy — the village of Foy, a mile to the west, is accessible by a footbridge over the Wye, built in 1919 by David Rowell & Co.. It featured in the British television series Survivors, in an episode titled "Gone Away" (1975). Court Farm is now a PGL activity holidays centre.
Wilton Castle
Wilton Castle is a 12th-century Norman castle fortification located in southeastern Herefordshire, England on the River Wye adjacent to the town of Ross-on-Wye. The castle is named for the manor associated with it. This forgotten castle of Herefordshire, still standing mostly to battlement height, remains a monument to its former lords.

Ross-on-Wye railway station is a former junction railway station on the Hereford, Ross and Gloucester Railway constructed just to the north of the Herefordshire town of Ross-on-Wye. It was the terminus of the Ross and Monmouth Railway which joined the Hereford, Ross and Gloucester Railway just south of the station.
Weston under Penyard Halt railway station
Weston under Penyard Halt railway station is a disused wood built railway station that served the village of Weston under Penyard in Herefordshire. Opened in 1929 to compete with local road transport it was located on the Great Western Railway line linking Ross-on-Wye and Gloucester. Nothing remains of the station.
Wilton Bridge
Wilton Bridge is a Grade I listed bridge crossing the River Wye between Wilton, Herefordshire and Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. The bridge was authorised in 1597 and completed two years later. One of the arches was destroyed during the Civil War. The bridge was widened and reinforced with concrete in 1914. A sundial was added in the early 18th century.
