Highgate Cemetery
Highgate Cemetery is a place of burial in north London, England. It is designated Grade I on the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest in England. It is divided into two parts, named the East and West cemetery. There are approximately 170,000 people buried in around 53,000 graves at Highgate Cemetery. Highgate Cemetery is notable both for some of the people buried there as well as for its de facto status as a nature reserve.

Parkland Walk
The Parkland Walk is a 4.5-mile linear green walkway, in the London Boroughs of Haringey and Islington, which follows the course of the railway line which used to run between Finsbury Park through Stroud Green, Crouch End, Highgate and Muswell Hill to Alexandra Palace. It is a Local Nature Reserve and a Site of Metropolitan Importance for Nature Conservation. It was declared a Local Nature Reserve in 1990 and is London's longest LNR.
Charles Cruft (showman)
Charles Alfred Cruft (28 June 1852 – 10 September 1938) was a British showman who founded the Crufts dog show. Charles first became involved with dogs when he began to work at Spratt's, a manufacturer of dog biscuits. He rose to the position of General Manager, and whilst working for Spratt's in France he was invited to run his first dog show at the 1878 Exposition Universelle.
Waterlow Park
Waterlow Park is a 26-acre park in the south east of Highgate Village, in North London. It was given to the public by Sir Sydney Waterlow, as "a garden for the gardenless" in 1889. Lauderdale House is at the edge of the park, used as a tea room and for functions and arts events; none of the interior remains in its original state. It is a much modified very old timber framed house, dating back to the sixteenth century. It is surrounded by formal gardens.

The Archway Tower, at 2 Junction Road, Archway, London, is a 195-foot office building built over Archway tube station and was completed in 1963. Local opinion is divided on the tower, some finding it architecturally unattractive, while others welcomed the fact that it brought employment to the area, as well as office workers who patronize small local businesses.

Crouch End railway station
Crouch End railway station is a former station in the Crouch End area of north London. It was located between Stroud Green station and Highgate station on Crouch End Hill just north of its junction with Hornsey Lane. The station building was located on the road bridge over the railway but only small parts remain of the structure today.

Lauderdale House is an arts and education centre based in Waterlow Park, Highgate in north London, England. As an arts centre, it runs an extensive programme of performances, workshops, outreach projects and exhibitions. Lauderdale House was one of the finest country houses in Highgate and was originally built in 1582 with a timber frame.

Whiteley's true origins and the veracity of her diary were disputed during her lifetime, and continue to be questioned today.

Nambucca (venue)
Nambucca is a live music venue in Holloway Road in London. Since being rebuilt following a fire it now houses 2 rooms, a front bar area and a rear venue. It is popular with up-and-coming bands and hosts nightly music nights. The Holloways were formed at Nambucca and despite moving onto bigger venues, still return to gig there. Nambucca burned down overnight on December 17th 2008 and reopened December 3rd 2010 with the official opening night on December 17th 2010, 2 years to the day of the fire.
Junction Road railway station
Junction Road railway station (originally Junction Road for Tufnell Park) was a railway station in London. The station was opened by the Tottenham & Hampstead Junction Railway on 1 January 1872. It was located at the corner of Junction Road and Station Road in N19, near the northern tip of Islington. It comprised two wooden platforms, accessed by means of a footbridge and stairs, and also served the nearby Tufnell Park goods depot and cattle market.

Hornsey Road railway station
Hornsey Road railway station was a station on Hornsey Road, near Finsbury Park, North London, which was opened in 1872 by the Tottenham & Hampstead Junction Railway It was between Upper Holloway and Crouch Hill stations, on the line now known as the Gospel Oak to Barking Line. It was closed in 1943, and demolished soon afterwards. Its closure was due to wartime constraints and its proximity to the neighbouring stations.

Royal Northern Hospital
The Royal Northern Hospital was a general hospital on Holloway Road, London N7, near Tollington Way. It had inpatient, outpatient, accident and emergency facilities and was also a centre for postgraduate education. Originally located at King's Cross, it began as an independent and voluntary hospital. The hospital moved to Holloway Road in 1888 and received a Royal Charter in 1921. The casualty department was built using public subscription.

Whittington Park
Whittington Park is a public park in Upper Holloway, North London. Like the nearby Whittington Hospital, it is named after Dick Whittington, and a large topiary cat, in reference to Whittington's legendary pet, stands at the Holloway Road entrance. Amenities include a raised Astroturf football pitch, children's playground, and experimental garden planted as part of an RSPB initiative to investigate the preferred habitat of house sparrows.
