Mill Hill Park is a large (14.3 hectare) public park in Mill Hill in the London Borough of Barnet. It one of Barnet's premier parks and it has been given a Green Flag Award. The park straddles the A1 with the main park to the east linked by an underpass to a smaller mainly grassed area to the west. It has formal flowerbeds, large areas of mown grassland, many impressive mature trees, and a Community Forest Nature Reserve, planted in 1993-94.

Stoneyfields Park
Stoneyfields Park is a three hectare public park in Edgware in the London Borough of Barnet. The park is a mainly grassland area with a small wood, hedgerows and two play areas. Deans Brook, which crosses the park, has been dammed to create an ornamental lake. The lake has a fringe of vegetation dominated by great and lesser reedmace. Coots, moorhens and mallards breed on the lake, and it also supports amphibians and dragonflies.
Mill Hill Old Railway Nature Reserve
Mill Hill Old Railway Nature Reserve is a 2.3 hectare Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation, Grade II, in Mill Hill in the London Borough of Barnet. The reserve follows the route of the Highgate to Edgware line, closed in 1964, of the Edgware, Highgate and London Railway, between Dean's Lane and Bunns Lane. Most of it, between Dean's Lane and a short footpath from The Meads, is a closed site managed by the London Wildlife Trust. It is open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.
The Mill Field
The Mill Field is a 3.4 hectare Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation, Grade II, in Mill Hill in the London Borough of Barnet. It is a public open space which slopes steeply down from the road called The Ridgeway. It may be the site of the windmill which gave the area its name. This was documented as early as 1321 and had disappeared by 1754. The upper part, which has good views across west London, is managed as a park and has a football pitch.
Watling Park
Watling Park is a public park in Burnt Oak in the London Borough of Barnet. It is one of Barnet's sixteen premier parks. It is a hilly open area with mown grassland, a children's playground, a football pitch, a basketball pitch and a small rose garden. Burnt Oak Brook, a tributary of the Silk Stream, runs through the park. There are more natural areas of undergrowth at the borders of the park and along the banks of the brook.
