Golders Green Crematorium
Golders Green Crematorium and Mausoleum was the first crematorium to be opened in London, and one of the oldest crematoria in Britain. The land for the crematorium was purchased in 1900, costing £6,000, and the crematorium was opened in 1902 by Sir Henry Thompson. The crematorium, the Philipson Family mausoleum, designed by Edwin Lutyens, the wall, along with memorials and gates, the Martin Smith Mausoleum, and Into The Silent Land statue are all Grade II listed buildings.
Temple Fortune
Temple Fortune is a place in the London Borough of Barnet to the north of Golders Green. It is principally a shopping district used by residents of the Hampstead Garden Suburb. Between here and Golders Green, at Hoop Lane are two important cemeteries – Golders Green Jewish Cemetery and Golders Green Crematorium. There is a Police Station. To the west is a small Carmelite Monastery.
Heruka Buddhist Centre
Heruka Buddhist Centre is the main New Kadampa Tradition Buddhist Centre for North & Central London. It was founded in 1990 aiming "to provide a venue for Kadampa teachings in the London region". Roughly 20 students live and study at the Heruka Centre. In addition the main meditation room, the Centre contains a small library and a shop that offers books published by Tharpa Publications, CDs, and artwork, and gifts.
Golders Green Hippodrome
Golders Green Hippodrome was built in 1913 by Bertie Crewe as a 3000-seat music hall, to serve North London and the new tube rail expansion into Golders Green. Its capacity was reduced by half on the introduction of a stage, but it then became a famous pre/post West End venue for many travelling shows. Taken over by the BBC in the 1960s as a television studio, it has been put to more recent use as a radio studio and multi-purpose concert venue.

Until its last branch closed in summer 2010, Bloom's restaurant was the longest-standing kosher restaurant in England, well-known beyond the Jewish community. Blooms was under the supervision of the London Beth Din.

The 1920 Handley Page O/400 crash occurred on 14 December 1920 when a Handley Page Transport Handley Page O/400 on a scheduled passenger flight from London to Paris with two crew and six passengers crashed at Golders Green in North London after take-off from Cricklewood Aerodrome. The crew of 2 and two passengers were killed in the first fatal accident for the airline since the service had started in December 1919.
Princes Park, Temple Fortune
Princes Park is a small public park and Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation in Temple Fortune in the London Borough of Barnet. It has two tennis courts and a children's playground. The area was shown as wooded on a 1796 map, and it has mature oak trees that predate local housing. A wild service-tree and crab apple also show a long history, while hawthorn hedges are probably remnants of farm hedgerows. There is access from Oakfields Road and Park Way.
