Eastbourne railway station
Eastbourne railway station serves Eastbourne in East Sussex, England. It is on the East Coastway Line, and train services are provided by Southern. It is one of two railway stations in the town, the other being Hampden Park Station. There are also two other stations in the Eastbourne area, one being Pevensey & Westham, in nearby Westham, the other being Polegate. Most passenger services along the coast served the station, as they do today.
The Saffrons
The Saffrons is a multi-purpose sports ground in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The ground is home to Eastbourne Cricket Club, Eastbourne Hockey Club and Eastbourne Town Football Club. There is also an astroturf pitch. The sports ground is located on the edge of Eastbourne town centre, next to the Town Hall and is in easy reach of local transport links. The ground was first used in 1884. Sussex County Cricket Club played some of their matches there between 1896 and 2000.

Clovelly-Kepplestone
Clovelly-Kepplestone was a private boarding school for girls in Eastbourne, Sussex. It existed from 1908 until 1934 and was located in Staveley Road, just off the seafront in the Meads district of the town. Known to staff and pupils as "Clo-Kepp", it came about following a merger of two schools: the "Ladies and Kindergarten School, Clovelly", and the "Ladies School, Kepplestone". At its peak in the 1920s, the school had some 150-160 pupils.
Ascham St. Vincent's School
Ascham St Vincent's School was an English preparatory school for boys at Eastbourne, East Sussex. Like other preparatory schools, its purpose was to train pupils to do well enough in the examinations (usually taken around the age of 13) to gain admission to leading "public schools" (as private secondary schools are known in England).
Towner Gallery
Towner is Eastbourne's museum of art. Since it opened in 1923 the Towner Art Gallery was located in an 18th-century manor house in Manor Gardens, in the Old Town district of Eastbourne. It has been relocated to a new state-of-the-art gallery, adjacent to the Eastbourne Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park which opened in April 2009.
Wargrave House
Wargrave House is one of the three boys' boarding houses in the Eastbourne College in Eastbourne, East Sussex, UK. It is run by Nick Miller (Housemaster), who lives in the house with his family. Apart from the Housemaster's family the house consists of 63 students, the Matron, house tutors, and cleaners. Although the majority of the students in the house are British, there are several students from overseas.
Grove Road Strict Baptist Church
The Grove Road Strict Baptist Church, is a Strict Baptist place of worship in the town of Eastbourne in the English county of East Sussex. The chapel was built in 1881. J.J. Skinner's 1881 red brick and stone chapel replaced an earlier Strict Baptist place of worship, Marsh Chapel, which was founded in the first few years of the 19th century. Reordering was carried out inside in 2002. The church is aligned with the Gospel Standard movement.
