Arun Valley Line
The Arun Valley Line, also known as the Mid Sussex Line, is part of the Southern-operated railway services. For the initial part of the route trains follow the Brighton Main Line, and at a junction south of Three Bridges the route turns westwards. It then runs via Crawley, Horsham (where there is a junction with the Mole Valley Line) and Arundel, before meeting the West Coastway Line at Arundel Junction. Trains on the Arun Valley Line then proceed to Portsmouth & Southampton.

Cowden railway station
Cowden railway station serves Cowden in Kent, in England. Train services from the station are provided by Southern, and the station is on the Uckfield branch of the Oxted Line. The station was destaffed in the 1970s. When the line was singled in January 1990 the up platform was taken out of use and all trains now use the former down platform, The track is not electrified, so only diesel or steam trains can run. In 1994 a serious accident occurred just south of the station.
Cowden rail crash
The Cowden rail crash occurred on 15 October 1994, around 350 metres southeast of Cowden Station in the English county of Kent. There was a head-on collision between two trains in heavy fog after the driver of a northbound train ran past a red signal and entered a single line section. Five people were killed and thirteen were injured.
Wealdway
The Wealdway, Kent and East Sussex, is a public footpath that runs from Gravesend, Kent on the Thames estuary, to the A259 at Eastbourne, 3 km north of Beachy Head.
Stone Cross, Kent

Withyham railway station
Withyham was a railway station on the Three Bridges to Tunbridge Wells Central Line which closed in 1967, a casualty of the Beeching Axe. The station building survived the closure and is now a private residence named the "Old Withyham Station"; much of the trackbed as far as Groombridge and Three Bridges are part of the Worth Way and Forest Way cyclepath/footpaths. Chiddingstone Hoath
Chiddingstone Hoath is a hamlet in the Sevenoaks District of Kent, England. Notable buildings include Hoath House, and Stonewall Park, for some time home of the Meade-Waldo family. It was visited by Charles Rennie Mackintosh in 1910.
