Harts Hill railway station
Harts Hill railway station was a station on the Oxford-Worcester-Wolverhampton Line. It was opened in 1895 by a GWR keen to invest in what was perceived to be the lucrative passenger area of the Black Country, and it was intended to serve the communities between Brierley Hill and Dudley. It closed, like many passenger stations, in 1916 due to the First World War, but was consequently never re-opened when the passengers failed to materialise.

The hospital is situated south-west of the town centre on the A4101 road, which connects to the Kingswinford area of the borough. It was built in 1976 as a modern "super hospital", but a shortage of equipment meant that it did not open until 1983.
Holly Hall, Dudley
Holly Hall is a residential area of Dudley in the West Midlands of England. It is situated around the A461 major road towards Brierley Hill and Stourbridge. The area is probably best known for being the location of Holly Hall School, a modern secondary school which was built in 1968 to replace an older building further down the road towards Brierley Hill. Dudley Cemetery was erected on the main Stourbridge Road through Holly Hall in the late 19th century.
Round Oak Steelworks
The Round Oak Steelworks were an important steel production plant in Brierley Hill, West Midlands, England. It was founded by Lord Ward, later the Earl of Dudley in 1857 as an outlet for pig iron made in the nearby blast furnaces. During the Industrial Revolution, the majority of iron-making in the world was carried out within 32 kilometres of Round Oak. At their peak, thousands of people were employed at the works.
Bushey Fields Hospital
Bushey Fields Hospital is a psychiatric hospital located in Dudley, West Midlands, England. It opened in 1983 at the same time as adjacent Russells Hall Hospital, and was expanded in the early 1990s to replace most of the remaining facilities at Burton Road Hospital, which closed in December 1993. Official opening of the expanded hospital took place in late 1994.
