South Zeal
South Zeal is a village on Dartmoor, in Devon, UK. It has a Church of England chapel and a Methodist chapel. The church is situated in the smaller South Tawton village, down the road, for which the parish is named. The differences have their basis in history when South Tawton was a manor and South Zeal was a village in that manor, where the manor hall was situated.

Finch Foundry
Finch Foundry is a 19th century water-powered forge situated in the village of Sticklepath near Okehampton, Devon, England and was active until 1960. It was originally used to produce agricultural and mining hand tools, but the Foundry has been a National Trust property since 1994. It contains examples of a tilt hammer, drop hammer, and shear hammer all powered by the water wheels. The Trust maintains it in working order and demonstrations of the tools are given every hour.
Gidleigh Castle
Gidleigh Castle is in the small village of Gidleigh on the edge of Dartmoor some 3 km to the north-west of the town of Chagford, Devon. This was a fortified manor house built by William de Prouz around 1324. It is now a ruined keep tower with two storeys, an undercroft and a first floor hall.
