South Milton Ley
South Milton Ley is a 162,000 square metres wetland in the South Hams, Devon, England. It was notified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest in 1976. Part of the site is managed as a nature reserve by the Devon Birdwatching and Preservation Society.

Bolt Tail
Bolt Tail is a headland in Devon, England. It is located immediately to the southwest of Hope Cove in the South Hams district, at grid reference SX670397. Bolt Tail is the site of an Iron Age promontory fort, although little evidence now remains of this structure, it occupied a classic promontory defended from inland by a linear earthwork at some 60 metres above sea level.
Hope Cove
Hope Cove is a small seaside village within the civil parish of South Huish in South Hams District, Devon, England. It is located some 5 miles west of Salcombe and 5 miles south-west of Kingsbridge. It has two beaches, and is sheltered by the headland of Bolt Tail. Historically, the village falls into two parts — Outer Hope and Inner Hope. Inner Hope fell within the parish of Malborough until the 1970s, when it was united with its neighbour on the other side of a small headland.
Bolberry Down
Bolberry Down is a clifftop area on the coast of Devon, England. The headland of Bolt Tail lies to the west and Bolt Head and the town of Salcombe to the east. It is one of the longest coastal areas owned by the National Trust and lies within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It offers views to Bantham Beach and Burgh Island. During the Second World War it was used as a Royal Air Force station and the old concrete buildings and disused runway can still be seen.
SS Louis Sheid
The SS Louis Sheid was a 6,057 ton Belgian steamer which ran aground off Devon after escaping U-47 following the rescue of the captain and crew of the freighter MV Tajandoen on 7 December 1939. The Louis Shied measured 420ft long with a beam of 55 ft. She was built by Nord Werft of Wesermunder under the name Ultor and renamed Kendal Castle prior to being badged Louis Sheid for the Belgian National Shipping Line.
SS Maine
The SS Maine was a British steamship launched in 1905 as a 3600 ton cargo steamer with a triple expansion engine. She was torpedoed and sunk on 21 November 1917 by UC-17, about 10 miles off Dartmouth. She sank "gracefully, upright and on an even keel" and sits on shingle 36m at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:50|12.750|N|3|50.955|W||| |primary |name= }}. The Torbay British Sub-Aqua Club bought the wreck for £100 in 1962 and salvaged the bronze propeller, selling it for £800.
