Wigton railway station
Wigton railway station serves the town of Wigton in Cumbria, England. The railway station is a stop on the Cumbrian Coast Line, 11 miles south west of Carlisle. It is operated by Northern Rail who provide all passenger train services.

It was abolished by the Local Government Act 1972 on 1 April 1974 and has since formed part of the Allerdale district of Cumbria.
Caldbeck transmitting station
The Caldbeck transmitting station is a broadcasting and telecommunications facility, situated close to the village of Caldbeck, in Cumbria, England . It is owned and operated by Arqiva. It includes a 337 metres high guyed steel lattice mast, which is the third highest structure in the United Kingdom. The transmission antennas surmounting the structure are contained within a fibreglass cylinder.
Faulds Brow
Faulds Brow is a small rise in the English Lake District, northwest of the village of Caldbeck in Cumbria. It is the subject of a chapter of Wainwright's book The Outlying Fells of Lakeland. , but its summit, at 344 metres, is only slightly raised above the surrounding land. From a major road just to the south, the summit can be reached in minutes, with minimal effort. Nevertheless, the summit has wide views to High Pike to the south, and to the Solway Firth and beyond to Scotland to the north.
